See the whole plot before you pay.
Plotscope reads a Bengaluru property's Khata, Encumbrance Certificate and sale deed, checks them against each other, and tells you what to fix before you pay an advance.
Open the previewTalk to usWhat we check
Each check shows where it came from and how sure we are.
Khata
Owner, extent, boundaries and GPS point from the e-Khata, checked against the deed. Drafts and B-Khatas are flagged.
Ownership chain
The Encumbrance Certificate as a timeline. Breaks in the chain, open mortgages and missing signatures stand out.
Sale deed
Seller, buyer, price, extent and survey number compared with the EC and Khata.
Plot and building
A 3D model with measured sides, setbacks against the sanctioned plan, and a scan flow for the building.
Court records
A search under every spelling of each owner's name. A case is shown only if it matches the survey number. Needs each person's consent.
Watch until registration
Alerts if a new EC entry or court case appears, and a last check on registration day.
How it works
Add what you have
A property ID, a GPS point, or the signed PDFs: e-Khata, EC and deed.
We read and cross-check
Signatures and QR codes are checked, then owners, extent, dates and boundaries are compared.
You get a clear next step
A verdict, the documents still missing, and a list to hand your lawyer.
What we are honest about
- The preview uses sample data. It does not look up a real property yet.
- Plotscope does not give legal advice. A lawyer should review the documents before you pay.
- No search can promise a property has no disputes. We show what was and was not covered.
- The online EC starts in April 2004. Older history is on paper, and we say when it is missing.
